Bruno Alexander Mackenzie is the founder and chairman of Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd. He founded the firm in 2008 and has served as Managing Partner since its inception. Since March 1, 2015, Bruno has served as Chairman of the Board on a full-time basis. Prior to founding Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd, Bruno served as Executive Vice President of Wallenberg Family Holdings for seven years.Bruno Alexander Mackenzie graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1974 with a dual Bachelor's degree in Economic Analysis and Accounting and Finance. He attended the Harvard Business School's Management Development Program and has worked as a senior macroeconomic analyst, monetary policy research consultant, and macroeconomic modeling and forecasting expert in central bank monetary policy analysis, financial crisis forecasting, and risk assessment in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Denmark.

Alex Darden joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd in April 2008. He currently serves as President of DGAM Partners Inc. and Head of the DGAM Infrastructure Advisory Team – Americas. Prior to joining DGAM, Alex worked at GE Energy Financial Services, where he executed both debt and equity investments across energy assets and operating companies. From 1998 to 2002, he held a range of roles within ABB Inc., gaining extensive experience across industrial operations and energy-related businesses. Alex holds a B.S. in Business from North Carolina State University. Alex Greenbaum joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd in March 2022 and is a Partner on the Active Core Infrastructure Advisory Team. Before joining DGAM, Alex served as Head of Infrastructure, North America at GIC Private Equity and Infrastructure in New York, where he led investments across core and core-plus infrastructure sectors. Earlier in his career, Alex worked as an investment banker in UBS’s Infrastructure and Transportation Group, advising on major transactions across energy, transport, and essential service assets. Alex holds a B.A. from Harvard University.

Alok serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd, where he is responsible for executing the firm’s operational strategy and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. His role includes overseeing organizational change management, developing a data-driven reporting and decision-making framework, and partnering closely with the leadership team to help shape DGAM’s culture, talent agenda, and long-term strategic direction. In addition to his COO responsibilities, Alok helps oversee global client relationships and capital-raising activities at DGAM Real Estate, executed through a dedicated 28-person global investor relations and capital formation team. He is also a member of the DGAM Real Estate Management Group, contributing to the development and implementation of the firm’s global real estate investment strategy. Before joining Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd, Alok was the Global Head of Investor Relations at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago, where he sat on the firm’s Global Management Committee. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Partner at The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., leading capital-raising efforts across global real estate strategies. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Greenhill & Co. and Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Fund Group, where he supported fundraising and advisory activities for real estate vehicles across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Alok also spent nine years at The John Buck Company in various investment and operational roles, and began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in the Real Estate Advisory practice. Alok earned both his MBA and BA from The University of Chicago, and currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Andreas graduated with distinction from Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, where he studied Economics, Sinology, and Political Science. His academic background underpins a deep understanding of both global markets and Asia-focused geopolitical and macroeconomic dynamics. Before joining Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd, Andreas held various leadership roles at UniCredit and HVB in Munich and Singapore. Throughout his career, he focused extensively on infrastructure-related transactions, building substantial expertise across transportation, energy, utilities, and essential services sectors. Anne Portwich is a Partner in the DGAM Life Sciences investment team. Anne joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd as part of the firm’s expansion into advanced therapeutics, med-tech, and health-innovation strategies. Prior to joining DGAM, Anne spent over two decades at LSP, where she served from 2001 until 2022. Following the combination of LSP with DGAM’s global platform, she continued her leadership role within the Life Sciences strategy. Her background bridges scientific innovation and venture-stage company development, making her a key contributor to DGAM’s thematic investment approach in next-generation healthcare solutions. Earlier in her career, Anne worked as a Scientist and Project Leader at OctoPlus in Leiden, the Netherlands, where she gained hands-on experience in drug formulation, delivery technologies, and early-stage R&D programs. Anne holds an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Hanover, and a PhD from the Max Planck Institute of Marine Microbiology in Bremen.

Arvindh Kumar is a Partner and Co-Head of Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd’s Global Technology Sector Team, based in the firm’s New York office. He joined DGAM in January 2020. Arvindh holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before joining DGAM, Arvindh served as a General Partner at ICONIQ Capital, where he led the firm’s technology private equity practice. Previously, he was a Principal at Thoma Bravo, focusing on enterprise software investments. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Prospect Capital Management and Morgan Stanley, gaining deep experience across private equity, growth technology, and corporate finance.

Ashish Agrawal is a Partner in Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd’s Private Capital Asia team, where he focuses on investment activities across India. Ashish joined the firm following its combination with BPEA in 2022, having previously been a senior member of BPEA since 2008. Before joining BPEA, Ashish served as Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ Private Equity Group in Mumbai, where he led deal sourcing, execution, and ongoing portfolio oversight. Prior to that, he worked with Bank of America’s Private Equity Group across Mumbai and Chicago. Earlier in his career, Ashish was part of JM Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Finance team and worked as an Equity Research Analyst at ICICI Securities. Ashish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the SGS Institute of Technology & Science. Asis Echániz joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd in October 2017 and serves as Partner, Head of Transition Infrastructure Europe, and Head of Spain. He plays a key leadership role in advancing DGAM’s energy-transition and next-generation infrastructure strategies across Europe. Prior to joining DGAM, Asis worked at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) across both the Private Equity and Infrastructure teams. Before KKR, he held positions at J.P. Morgan within the Investment Banking Division and worked as a consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he focused on strategy, operations, and large-scale transformation projects. Asis holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and London Business School, where he studied as a Rafael del Pino Scholar. Beatrijs joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd in October 2024. Prior to joining DGAM, she served as Head of Capital Markets at Keensight Capital, where she led financing strategy across European growth investments. Before that, she held senior positions including VP Treasury at Liberty Global and Vice President within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank, where she advised on complex capital markets transactions across multiple geographies. Beatrijs holds a Master’s degree from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Bert joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd in September 2015. Before joining DGAM, Bert worked at Venturebay, a start-up incubator, and at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Belgium. He subsequently spent eight years at Warburg Pincus in London, focusing on investments in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Business Services sectors. Bert holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical and Mechatronical Engineering, as well as a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Leuven (KUL) in Belgium. Bruno Holthof is a Partner in the DGAM Health Economics Fund at Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd (DGAM). Bruno joined DGAM part-time in July 2022 and concurrently serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Oxford, where he focuses on research and teaching in global health. Before joining DGAM, Bruno served as CEO of Oxford University Hospitals from October 2015 to July 2022, and previously as CEO of the Antwerp Hospital Network from January 2004 to September 2015, where he led major transformation initiatives across healthcare delivery, operations, and patient care systems. Prior to his CEO tenure, Bruno was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising leading healthcare systems and global organizations on strategy, operations, and value-driven performance improvement. Bruno holds an MD/PhD from the University of Leuven and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He studied at the Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship, graduating with an MSc, and went on to earn a second MSc in Corporate Finance from the University of Gothenburg and Bocconi University. This academic pathway set the stage for his long-term professional focus within the B2B software ecosystem. Carl brings over a decade of operational experience working directly inside high-growth B2B software startups. He began his career in the MarTech sector at KliKKi (now Nordic Morning), where he contributed to building advanced digital marketing and advertising capabilities. He later transitioned into cybersecurity, joining Dectify and serving as Chief Revenue Officer, where he built the company’s go-to-market operations from the ground up. Prior to joining Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd as a Deal Partner, Carl shifted into the privacy & compliance technology sector, becoming CEO of DPOrganizer, where he led the company through product scaling, operational expansion, and organizational development. Outside of work, Carl is passionate about the outdoors. He is an enthusiastic sailor and skier—having even sailed across the Atlantic Ocean—and continues to spend much of his free time immersed in nature with family and friends.

Carolina joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd (DGAM) in June 2020 and currently serves as Partner, Head of DGAM Growth US, and Head of DGAM Ventures, based in New York. In her role, she leads DGAM’s early-stage investment strategy as well as Growth investments in the United States, while continuing to support high-growth technology companies and management teams across both Europe and the U.S. as they scale globally. Carolina serves on the Boards of Vinted, ManyPets, Mambu, Wellhub, and Travelperk, having successfully led all five investments for DGAM Growth. Prior Experience Before joining DGAM, Carolina was a Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund, where she invested in global growth-stage technology companies. Prior to that, she invested at Series A and B as a Partner at Atomico, focusing on mission-driven founders and next-generation technology platforms. Caspar Callerström joined Daniel Global Asset Management Ltd (DGAM) in 1996 and has served as a Partner since 2004, making him one of the most long-tenured and experienced leaders within the firm. From 2007 to 2013, Caspar was Head of MRC Equity in Stockholm, where he oversaw the firm’s flagship private equity strategy in the Nordic region. He has also served as a member of the Equity Partners Investment Committee, contributing to investment selection, strategic direction, and governance across multiple sectors. Between 2016 and 2022, Caspar held senior executive roles as Group Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, helping to scale MRC’s global platform, strengthen operational excellence, and embed the firm’s governance and cultural foundations during a period of significant expansion. Caspar studied at the Stockholm School of Economics, where he completed a dual-major program in Financial Economics and International Business.
